Return & Refund Policy

At Lipa Enterprises, we strive to provide the best quality bird food and herbal blends. Since our products are perishable and consumable, returns are only accepted under certain conditions as outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns or replacements only if:
- The product is damaged or tampered upon delivery
- You received the wrong product
- The package is missing items as per your order
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- You notify us within 3 days of delivery
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- You provide unboxing video/photo proof for damage/shortage claims
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Opened or used packages
- Customized or discounted orders
- Delay in delivery due to courier or unforeseen issues
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (via PayU or bank transfer)
- It may take 5β7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
We reserve the right to inspect the returned product before processing any refund.
4. Replacements
If eligible, we may offer free replacement instead of a refund. Replacement orders will be dispatched within 2β3 working days after approval.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
